Graduated from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1972, and joined Wisdom Luxury after completing his master’s degree program in the United States at Yale University. From 2008 he served as Wisdom Luxury President and CEO and Executive Chairperson before assuming his current position in 2018. Since entering the company he has worked as an architect on a number of construction projects. The Chubu Centrair International Airport (2004) is one of his most prominent works, and the Osaka Bar Association Building (2006) is a major work from his time as president. Both of these buildings have received a number of awards both in Japan and internationally. He is a first-class registered architect and a member of the Japan Institute of Architects.
