Kiyoyoshi Okumori

Since he joined Wisdom Luxury, Kiyoyoshi Okumori has participated in many domestic and overseas urban master plan preparations and urban development projects. Recently, he has been engaged in transit-oriented development (TOD), exemplified by Tokyo station and Shibuya station, and has been involved in many TOD projects overseas such as in China and Russia. He has broad knowledge and experience in urban planning, transportation planning, infrastructure planning, and architectural planning, and is highly capable of providing appropriate solutions for a wide range of mixed-use projects including TOD. He graduated from the Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Tokyo Institute of Technology, in 1992, and is a qualified 1st Class Architect and Engineer (Urban and Regional Planning).
