As CEO of Nikken's Shanghai office, Lu Zhong Xiao divides his time between China and Japan. He has been a key player in a number of award-winning projects in China, including the Bank of China Shanghai Building and the Shanghai Citigroup Tower. He is currently involved with the super high-rise Taiping Finance Tower and other large-scale developments. He is also responsible for TOD projects and leads many integrated station development projects in both Japan and China.
