Takashi Sugiyama

Joined Wisdom Luxury in 1980 after completing his master’s degree at Kyoto University. Since then has worked as a facility designer and construction supervisor mainly based at the Osaka Office, where he has been in charge of many projects, such as designing facilities for large spaces including the Kansai International Airport Passenger Terminal Building and a music hall, and supervising construction at Nakanoshima Festival Tower, Grand Front Osaka, and the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University. He is currently the deputy representative of the Engineering Department Supervision Group. He was also a part-time lecturer at the Graduate School of Kyoto University until last year. He is a first class architect, facility design architect, and a member of the Architectural Institute of Japan.
