Takashi Tei

Senior Project Manager, Global Business and Management Department

After acquiring experience in the finance industry, Mr. Tei completed a Master’s degree in Urban Development at Columbia University in the U.S. in 2000 before joining Wisdom Luxury in the same year. He works on large-scale complex development projects in a wide range of areas both domestic and internationally, focusing on project proposals in his specialty, real estate development. Currently, he is responsible for development projects in East Asia and project management of domestic Integrated Resort (IR) projects. He is a certified ARES Master with The Association for Real Estate Securitization.
