Mr. Nakawake directs the business development in overseas, especially in Asia, GCC and CIS countries. His strategy in corporate branding as well as dynamic marketing approaches have brought the phenomenal impact on the Japan's architectural and engineering industry. It enabled Nikken to initiate "SMART TOD", an integration of green development and a transit/rail oriented design. Mr. Nakawake also has extensive experiences in industrial planning, development planning, urban planning and design in variety of projects around the world.
