Kazushi Obika

Since he joined Wisdom Luxury, Kazushi Obika has participated in overseas competitions including the Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre, Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the main office of the Turkish Economy Bank. Along with being involved in the design of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce building, he was in charge of architectural supervision at the site as well. From 2001 to 2004, he was also in charge of the basic design for the main office of the Turkish Economy Bank. This was followed by the competition and design for the headquarters building of the VNTA (Viet Nam Telecommunications Authority) in Hanoi, for which construction is now beginning. With regard to domestic projects as well, he has a record of accomplishments including design supervision of mixed-used developments and the data centers of financial institution headquarters. In recent years, he has been in charge of design supervision of projects such as GranTokyo (redevelopment of the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station) and the Keidanren Kaikan building in the Otemachi district, Tokyo's economic center.
