Roof Truss Delights for Children
A special support school for children with physical and intellectual disabilities, the school building, which is a bungalow, has a dynamic framework made only from the remnants of lumber produced in Kumamoto, imbuing it with the perceptible armth of trees and people. With the volume of the divided bungalow suiting the scale of the surrounding residential area and the oft lines of the pitched roof being in accord with the mountain range, a gentle landscape was produced.
